I spent ten years in IT support. First line, second line, third line. Remote, and on site, in the room with the person whose day had just stopped working. You learn two things doing that. How systems actually fail. And how to talk to someone who’s frustrated, without making them feel silly.
These days I help established UK businesses win more customers, charge properly for what they do, and spend less of the week on admin that a calmer setup would handle.
The owners I want to work with already have a good product or a good service. They’re not starting from zero. They’re just not being found, or not being chosen, or they’re drowning in small jobs that follow them home.
I see that struggle every day, on things I find straightforward to fix. No website. Not showing up on Google. Manual admin that eats the evening. I wanted to do something about it, personally. Not with a slogan. With a clickable preview of your new site, a price we agree, and a plan that says what we’re trying to make happen.
I am here to help, personally.
If something can be done faster, better or cheaper without AI, and the quality doesn’t drop, I won’t use AI. It’s a tool. It’s not the point. When it does earn its place, an assistant on the site, a missed call that gets answered, a follow-up that sends itself, I’ll use it and I’ll tell you why.
I’m free for calls Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 12pm to 6pm. Phone or video. I work with people across the whole of the UK, remotely.
